VERY IMPORTANT MATCH TICKET INFORMATION

FIFA Ticketing Center requires the purchaser of the Stadium Tickets to provide a phisical address, an email address, and a Smart Phone number that will be used by purchaser to download "FIFA app": All successful applicants will receive their FIFA World Cup 2026 Tickets as "Mobile Tickets" via the tournament app (FIFA app), closer to the event. The Purchaser will receive an email from FIFA Ticketing Center with further instructions regarding when tickets(s) you have already purchased will be seen on FIFA app.

You are required to go to the stadium with your Smart Phone and show your "Mobile Ticket" at the Gate of the Stadium in order to be allowed by FIFA Gate Officials into the Stadium.

Your Mobile Ticket(s) will not be sent via email, cannot be downloaded as document, and are different from e-tickets. Screenshots or photos of your ticket(s) will not be accepted for stadium entry.

An applicant is allowed to purchase up to 4 tickets per match per day, and a total of forty (40) match tickets for the entire tournament per household.

In order for us to be able to purchase match tickets for the purchaser and purchaser's guest members, we advise that the names of each individual applicant is entered in the text field labelled "Order Comments", but if you the purchaser is the only applicant, please enter your name, address, and smart phone number in the same "Order Comments", and then click continue, and proceed to the "payment methods" page where you can enter your credit, bank card, or debit card number, expiration date, the cvv number, and the billing address. And finally you can scroll down and place your order. 

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE:

A thank you confirmation of payment email letter with your order number and summary of items purchased will be sent instantly to you the purchaser as soon as the transaction is completed on our secure website https://www.hotelsandsportspackages.com, and the match ticket(s) will be purchased by us within 72 hours from the time our company receives the payment.

Hotels and Sports Packages will send to the purchaser a second email which will contain proof of purchase of match ticket(s) from FIFA's Ticketing Center, FIFA's Hospitality, or one of FIFA's appointed 2026 World Cup Tour Package Companies.
