TRAVEL AGENT COMMISSIONS

The following are the Terms and Commissions in US Dollars that we payout to Travel Agents, Wholesalers, and Tour Operators, for the purchase of one or more of our company products or services on behalf of your customers.
The Terms outlined below are in conjunction with Hotels and Sports Packages “Terms and Conditions of Service, which is located on our website:

Please read before making purchase of our products and services on behalf of your customer:

TRAVEL AGENT ACCOUNT

There are three ways that travel agents and all other travel companies mentioned above may open an account with Hotels and Sports Packages:

(1) As an authorised representative of your company, you may provide your Company Name and Address, Email and Telephone number, during your first purchase on the payment checkout page of our website. You will receive an automatic confirmation email into your Company’s email address regarding your purchase. And the corresponding commission will apply to your first purchase, as well as all other future purchases of our products and services.

(2) Alternatively, travel agents and all other travel and tour companies may write to us using a company letterhead or information containing company name, address, phone number, email or fax number, and send the letter via any one of the following ways:

(3) Company representatives may also visit our website and use the “Contact Form” to send us their information.

PAYMENT OF COMMISSIONS

Commissions are paid by Hotels and Sports Packages 72 hours after we have received payments for purchasing our product or service: and the following are the commission amounts per product or service:

TST Flight Ticket 1 Adult (Round Trip) $30.00
TST Flight Ticket 1 Adult (Circle Trip) $50.00

COMMISSION PAYMENT METHODS 

The following are the various ways that commission payments are made to travel agents, tour operators and wholesalers:

(1) PayPal Company Business Accounts
We make payments from Hotels and Sports Packages Business accounts with PayPal, to Companies that also have business Accounts with PayPal.

(2) We also make Paypal payment to the Company designated employee who made payment on behalf of Customer to Hotels and Sports Packages.

(3) Hotels and Sports Packages Square Business Account’s Bill Pay
We make payments via our business account to designated officials of businesses via Square Bill Pay.
(4) Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo Pay, Square Pay, Amazon Pay.

Your Company may send us an invoice for payment due via any one of the above mentioned digital wallets.

CANCELLATION OF PRODUCT OR SERVICE

Cancellations are as per our Terms and Conditions of Service, and Return Policy, which are located on Hotels and Sports Packages’ Website.
For each cancelled product or service the commission amount will be deducted from the total price that we initially received. Also the corresponding penalty amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the Agency or designated staff member.
The duration period for all return products and services is 21 days within which to return items back to our office, as per our return policy. And after we have received the product via Courier Service, Fax or Email notification it takes 14 days from the next business day to process the refund.
