Terms and Conditions of Service
These terms and conditions of service apply to the various sports activities and services that "Hotels and Sports Packages provide to our customers, shoppers, and all visitors to both our office and website.
The following are the sporting activities and other services that Hotels and Sports Packages caters to:
The FIFA 2025 Club World Cup finals event, the FIFA 2026 World Cup finals event, United States Major League Soccer (MLS), The United States National Women's Soccer League (NWSL), FIFA Women's World Cup, the UK Premier League and FA Cup, European Champions League, EUFA Nation's League, Spain's La Liga, Italian League, French League, and the German Bundesliga.
The following are the Hotel and Sports Packages' products:
(1) Sports Package product(s).
(2) Stadium Match Ticket(s)
(3) Paid Stadium Seat Reservation(s), prior to receiving the actual Match Ticket(s).
(4) Hotel Room Voucher(s).
(5) Paid Hotel Room Reservation(s), prior to receiving Hotel Voucher(s).
(6) Flight Paper Ticket(s).
(7) Flight Electronic Ticket(s).
(8) Paid Flight Reservations, prior to receiving Electronic Flight Ticket(s).
(9) City Bus Tour Paper Ticket(s).
(10) City Bus Tour Electronic Ticket(s).
(10) Paid City Bus Tour Reservation(s), prior to receiving City Bus Tour Electronic Ticket(s)
Special Feature:
FIFA 2025 Club World cup, and FIFA 2026 World cup.
Pre-arranged Game packages:
All our pre-arranged packages are inclusive of one or more stadium match tickets, and hotel room stay for 3 or more nights. No airfares are included in all of the preset packages.
Add-ons of single Products to our original pre-arraged packages are also regarded collectively as a package.
Customers are allowed to make up their own packages using our company's advertised prices.
Our company's pre-arranged 1 game packages, and 3 games packages, for the FIFA 2025 Club World Cup, and the FIFA 2026 World Cup, are available in the group round, the round of 16, Quarter-final, semi-final, and the final match.
1 Game package for all rounds comprises of 1 game ticket, and 3 nights hotel room stay.
3 Games package for the Group round comprises of 3 match tickets and 11 or 12-nights hotel room stay.
Hotel rooms are rated either 3 or 4 stars, with no difference in the room rates.
Package price:
Package price is per person based on double occupancy, that is two (2) adult persons in a hotel room.
Individual customer may purchase our advertised match ticket only price, and also the hotel room only price, shown on our website, for any number of tickets and room nights.
Our hotel room only is good for 1 or 2 adult persons.
One or more children under 11 years in a room may attract additional fee.
Breakfast:
All our pre-arranged package prices are inclusive of a continental breakfast per day, per adult person, and also per child.
Flight tickets.
Flight tickets are not included in all our pre-arranged packages.
We do not include flight tickets in any pre-arranged world cup package, due to the fact that sports fans and tourists alike do change their departure and return dates for a lot of reasons, and the following are just a few of the reasons why it is not feasible:
In previous world cups, most fans and tourists who purchased their match tickets early, did not know when to depart from their home base or point of departure until just a few weeks before their first game in the host country, therefore those who had paid for their flight tickets several months prior to their departure dates had to pay airlines and travel agents tremendous fees for either cancelling or re-booking their flights; and more than likely rebooking a flight begs for a flexible departure and arrival dates, because of lack of coordination with all other activities as connecting flights, hotel check-in date, local special interest tours in the cities of the game venues.
Rebooking Paid Flight Ticket Reservatioin
Our customers may contact us to rebook their flight tickets: meaning you may change flight scheduled times, or departure and return dates, for a reservation change fee that will be shown on the flight itinerary.

Website Payment
You may go on our website and make purchase, and you will receive an immediate confirmation message in regards payment made; otherwise other forms of message indicating that the transaction did not go through; in which case you may call us on our toll free number 800-484-7071, to speak directly to any of our office workers who will be delighted to help you with your purchase.
(2) Point of Sale Payment
You may fill out our Credit Card Authorization Form we will send to you via email, fax, or mail, and send completed form back to us.
And we will take the charge that you have authorized on the Credit Card Authorization Form.
Customers using Authorization Form have to send to us the following:
(a) Completed Credit Card Authorization Form.
(b) Purchase Order payment receipt or available information.
(c) A copy each of the front and back sides of Purchaser's Credit Card, Debit Card, or pre-paid Card.
(d) A copy of Purchaser's Valid driver's license, valid State ID, or valid National passport.
(4) We will send to your email, Hotels and Sports Packages invoice, and you can safely make the payment by yourself on your email.
Upon successful processing of your payment we will then go ahead and book or issue all the items you have paid for.
Indemnity in favor of our Credit or Debit Card processing Companies and their affiliates.
Hotels and Sports packages hereby states that we are responsible for all our customers credit card oversights, delays in payments, errors, mistakes, all unresolved issues, and refund delays, concerning all our credit, debit, and prepaid card handling and processing merchant companies and their affiliates.
And please know that by continuing to browse and make purchases of one or more items, you as a visitor and potential customer agree to all the aspects of the terms and conditions of Hotels and Sports packages: and by placing your order, and making purchase of any of the services Hotels and Sports packages offer, you have given us your due consent and authorization for our company "Hotels and Sports packages" to begin the process of procuring the products or service products that you have paid for.
Match Ticket Notification:
Now as soon as our company receives customer's payment for our company products we will initiate the match ticket application process within 72 hous on customer's behalf, and customer will be notified via the email address that the customer provided us, with the full detail of customer's successful application for match tickets, with the stadium seats assigned, and also with the proof of payment for customer's world cup match tickets.
It will take six (6) to eight (8) weeks prior to the date of the game, for the stadium tickets to be sent out to each purchaser.
Important information about all the stadium match tickets assigned to our customers:
It is very important to know that FIFA the Organizing body of the 2025 club world cup, and the 2026 world cup has announced that for security reason, the match tickets will be mailed out no earlier than 6 to 8 weeks before the opening ceremony of both events.
Hotels and Sports packages assures our valued customers in the USA and abroad that we will send out to you all your stadium match tickets via ground shipment courier service.
Stadium Match ticket holders who already procured their match ticket seats by applying directly to FIFA ticket center, and FIFA hospitality ticket center for their 2025 club world Cup, and 2026 world cup match tickets, may purchase hotel rooms and flight tickets from our company.
Forms of payment we receive are as per the forms of payment which you see on check-out: Square, and the following digital payment companies as Google pay, Paypal, Apple pay, and Venmo.
Instructions For Payment of Our Company Products via Telephone or Fax
The option of payment over the Phone, or via Fax requires that the person making the payment make photocopies of one of the following forms of identification documents:
** driver's license.
** National passport.
** State I.D. Card.
The person making payment will have to make photocopies of the front and back sides of the Credit or Debit Card that is being used for payment.
And all the relevant copies, along with the completed and signed authorization form, are to be sent by the card holder to hotels and sports packages.
The proof of identification and authorization is required by our merchant companies, before the payment for the services we provide our customers are approved.
And this is an additional security measure devised by the credit card processing merchants against fraud.
GUARANTEE
Hotels and Sports Packages hereby states that we guarantee all our product prices which have been paid for by customers, shoppers, and visitors. Prior to purchase, Hotels and Sports Packages reserve the right to change our products and service prices at any time.
INDEMNITY:
Indemnity in favor of our Credit, debit, prepaid, or secured card processing Companies and their affiliates.
Hotels and sports packages hereby state that we are responsible for all our customers credit, debit, prepaid, secured card oversights, delays in payments, errors, mistakes, all unresolved issues, and refund delays.
Hotels and Sports services now states that all our credit, debit, prepaid, or secured cards handling and processing merchant companies and their affiliates are not responsible for all our customers credit card oversights, delays in payments, errors, mistakes, all unresolved issues, and refund delays.
