Hotel and Sports packages' return policy is as follows:

The following is the process for returning unused or partially used items that are refundable.
"Hotels and Sports packages" items are namely as follows:
Sports Package Items are: Stadium Match tickets, and Hotel room vouchers.
Other items are, Passenger Flight tickets, and City Bus Tour tickets.
From the date of item delivery via courier service of sports package, match tickets, flight tickets, city bus tours tickets, hotel vouchers, or corresponding item confirmation emails, customers have a period of 21 days within which to cancell and return all unused and partially used items for refund according to our "Terms and Conditions of Service" partaining to unused or and partially used items.
Hotels and Sports packages will initiate the refund process on the next business day from the date that item is received in our office; likewise in the case of electronic flight and bus tickets, our company will initiate the refund process on the next business day from the date that email or fax is received by us from the purchaser of such item(s), and this action in essence gives "Hotels and Sports packages" the authorization to cancell paid items, and begin the refund process on the next business day; and the refund amount will be paid back to each purchaser of the item(s) at the end of 7 days from the day that the refund process was initiated.
