Return policy

The following are the Hotel and Sports Packages' products that are eligible to be returned:

(1) Sports Package product(s).

(2) Stadium Match Ticket(s).

(3) Paid Stadium Seat Reservation(s), prior to receiving the actual Match Ticket(s).

(4) Hotel Room Voucher(s).

(5) Paid Hotel Room Reservation(s), prior to receiving Hotel Voucher(s).

(6) Flight Paper Ticket(s).

(7) Flight Electronic Ticket(s).

(8) Paid Flight Reservations, prior to receiving Electronic Flight Ticket(s).

(9) City Bus Tour Paper Ticket(s).

(10) City Bus Tour Electronic Ticket(s).

(10) Paid City Bus Tour Reservation(s), prior to receiving City Bus Tour Electronic Ticket(s)

Time Period to Return Product is 21 days

From the date of item delivery via courier service of sports package, match tickets, flight tickets, city bus tours tickets, hotel vouchers, or corresponding paid product confirmation emails, customers have a period of 21 days within which to cancell and return all unused and partially used items for refund according to our "Terms and Conditions of Service" partaining to New (unused) or partly used products.

Return Product Process time is 7 days

Hotels and Sports packages will initiate the refund process on the next business day from the date that product is received in our office; likewise in the case of the cancellation of paid hotel reservations, paid  electronic flight reservations, and paid city bus reservation, our company will initiate the refund process on the next business day from the date that the cancellation email or fax is received by us from the purchaser of such product: and this action in essence gives "Hotels and Sports packages" the authorization to begin the refund process on the next business day; and the refund amount will be paid back to each purchaser of the item(s) at the end of 7 days from the day that the refund process was initiated.
